We will also work on a variety of garden projects including spreading woodchips on pathways, weeding and turning plots, repairing fences and cold frames, and building a chicken coop. All are welcome to join us.

The Episcopal Peace Fellowship of the Ithaca Area will be hosting a presentation about Climate Change: Mitigation and Adaptation by Jonathan Comstock of Cornell University. Jonathan is a research support specialist in Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Science. He is a participant in the ClimAID report which explains New York State’s vulnerability to climate change and how we might adapt to it. He has presented to various groups around New York State including grade school classes, college groups, church groups and other scientists.
This event is scheduled for Sunday, May 26, at 4:00 PM in the St. John's Episcopal Parish Hall in Ithaca. Questions and refreshments will follow Jonathan’s presentation.
